Lake Garda properties on the Verona side

The towns of Lake Garda are considered unique in Italy and throughout the world. They all tell their story, and yet, they share a precise characteristic: the ability to leave those who decide to experience them speechless.

The Verona side is perfect for those who want to enjoy unprecedented views and spectacular sunsets. Here, the buildings are characterized by their classic style and the presence of country houses that blend with the natural context.

Generally, if you search in this area, you want to find your little slice of heaven nestled between picturesque historic centres.

The east bank also allows you to be well connected to the airport of Verona-Villafranca. but at the same time. close to the services and to Verona, city of love par excellence and theatre of the Shakespearean drama “Romeo and Juliet.” Speaking of romance: did you know that this area is a favourite for families and couples?

Now that we have made you fall in love, continue the visit with us.

The Verona side of Lake Garda offers magical atmospheres of lake villages mixed with beaches from which to enjoy a spectacle of sails: the Garda lake is, in fact, widely propped up by boats and yachts. A perfect way to discover this shore is to take a hydrofoil or boat to dock in the heart of the beautiful lakeside towns.

We suggest you to start from lively towns like Peschiera del Garda, with its fortified walls and enchantingly beautiful streets, or from Lazise (did you know? It’s our home!) and Bardolino. Connected by a cycle-pedestrian path with stunning views, Lazise is a citadel with a medieval flavour and gathered around a well-kept port, while Bardolino is the destination par excellence for aperitifs and after dinners, as well as an ideal opportunity for a tasting tour of Bardolino DOC, a ruby red wine.

From the hills of Bardolino, we continue with an excursion called “Giro del Crero” which follows ancient roads, districts and unforgettable views. Among the obligatory stops, Villa degli Albertini in the town of Garda, a villa with imposing red towers and a park full of magnolias, cypresses, pines, oranges and lemons. To continue to breathe in an air of history, the rock engravings of Monte Luppia await you, also in Garda: discovered in 1964, the oldest date back to the Bronze Age.

The path continues to Punta San Vigilio, a small pearl of elegance, complete with an inlet called Baia delle Sirene, a small beach scented with olive trees. Always continuing north, you meet Torri del Benaco, a village dominated by a large castle and a lemon house that almost looks like a city wall. The panoramic point par excellence of the area is Albisano which, from an altitude of 300 meters, offers a natural terrace overlooking Lake Garda.

We cannot end this journey without taking you to Malcesine, a town between Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, which you can access by cable car to admire the lake in all its beauty. Malcesine stands out for its simple cuisine, rich in local flavours and enhanced raw materials. The entire shore of the Verona area can guarantee you, in fact, a high-level dining experience a few meters from the water that mixes lake fish and mountain flavours.

But your journey does not end here. This is just the beginning of an experience together.
